counselling........... with individuals of all ages, with couples, and with families. My service is driven by a desire to meet each and every client right where they are, and to walk with them so they can find the resources to change, to adapt, to grow and to thrive. 

groups............ for topics of interest, such as parenting a child with Aspergers, building your relationship when you have a child with additional needs, Mum's the Word: a one-day seminar  for women exploring their relationship with their mum, and self-esteem and assertiveness groups.

individual clinical supervision............. for counsellors, health professionals, group workers, community workers, DoCs workers etc.
